Applying for a loan won't affect your personal credit score. For larger businesses, we make investment decisions exclusively based on your business information. For smaller businesses, we might need your personal credit data to help with our underwriting.

You business must be generating at least $100k+ of monthly sales (or $10k+ for Amazon Sellers). We specialize in funding businesses who have a working capital need and are predominantly in the ecommerce space. We do accommodate offline sales if data can be provided. Unfortunately, sole traders are not eligible.Unlike banks, we pride ourselves on understanding young, digital business all over the world. We can work with Limited Companies with at least six months of trading history.

Application decisions are based on a comprehensive review of your business's financial performance. Some common reasons include not meeting the minimum revenue requirement or our team’s assessment of your business's overall financial health and obligations. You are welcome to re-apply after 60 days.

To receive funding from Uncapped, you don’t need to share any business plans, cap tables, or pitch decks.

All we need is to verify your business performance. So we’ll ask you to connect us to your business’ existing sales platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and Stripe. We’ll also connect to your bank and accounting software.

Before we can send you the funding, we’ll also need to verify the identity of key people in the company. We just need a couple of basic details including, a quick selfie and a photograph of an official photo ID.

Uncapped secures your data with bank-level encryption. Hardware Security Modules are used to protect encryption keys, and the solution is certified by the encryption services provider to FIPS 140-2 Level 3.

Funds will be sent directly to your bank account. For Line of Credit customers, you can request draws in the portal and funds will be sent to your bank account.

After you submit your request, funds normally arrive in your bank account within 1-2 business days.

Yes, our funding can scale with your business. If your company has grown significantly, contact your account manager to discuss your options. We want to be your long term growth partner, not a one time lender.

Repayments will begin on the date agreed on your Offer Letter. This is typically the same day you receive the investment in your bank account.

We will automatically collect the repayments by direct debit so you don’t need to worry about remembering.

As your sales grow, your available limit can increase too, giving you access to more capital without needing to reapply.

Unlike a fixed-term loan, a line of credit gives you ongoing access to capital. Draw what you need, when you need it, and reuse your available balance as you repay, keeping funding flexible and cost-efficient.

You can use your credit line for any working capital purpose - from purchasing inventory and boosting advertising to covering operating expenses or seizing new growth opportunities.

Yes. You can repay your balance in full or in part at any time, with no prepayment fees. Early repayment reduces your interest costs, since interest only accrues on the outstanding balance.

You can renew your line of credit directly through the Uncapped portal or by contacting your dedicated account manager. Uncapped will notify you before your Draw Phase ends to ensure a smooth renewal process.

No. The APR for your line of credit is fixed for the duration of the term and does not change when your Draw Phase ends. If you choose to renew your facility at the end of the term, the APR may be updated at that time.

As you repay principal, that amount becomes available to draw again during the Draw Phase. In addition, your available limit may grow as your sales increase, giving you access to more funding as your business scales.

Each time you draw more funds, your outstanding balance increases. Repayments are recalculated every 14 days as a percentage of that balance. Regardless of how many draws you make, your repayment schedule remains simple and consistent, with just one repayment every 14 days.

You can view and download your schedule anytime in the Uncapped portal.

During the Draw Phase, you can access funds up to your available limit. Repayments are made every 14 days and calculated as a percentage of your outstanding balance.

When the Repayment Phase begins, you stop making new draws and simply continue with one regular repayment every 14 days. Your balance is paid down in equal installments of principal and interest over the remaining term. If you’d like ongoing access to capital, you’ll also have the option to renew your line of credit and keep borrowing as your business grows.

Our funding is focused on brands, retailers, and e-commerce businesses that are generating at least $100K in monthly revenue.

The option to pay off your loan early depends on the terms of your signed agreement. Uncapped loans have a fixed fee, so paying off your loan early does not result in a reduction of the total amount due or interest savings. The primary benefit is that your repayment obligations will conclude sooner.

The offer you see on the Amazon portal is an estimated funding amount. Your actual, firm offer is determined after our full underwriting process, which reviews a wider range of financial data. The offer in the Uncapped portal is the most accurate and up-to-date funding amount available to you.

We typically benchmark funding amounts based on your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), with funding for Amazon sellers generally going up to 1-1.5x your MRR.

We require Amazon sellers to have a minimum of $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR), at least six months of trading history.
